How do I sell an Item?

Click on the SELL tab located at the top of the page (accessible from any page). This page hosts the link to the google form you use to submit an item. If all the criteria is met and your item is accepted by us, you will receive an email confirming this. We will then proceed to send you the location of our drop-off point.

What is your returns policy?

All items listed on our platform must reach a certain criteria when submitting. All information submitted to us is checked by our team alongside the item to make sure the description matches accurately. It is only then, that the item is listed.

Because of our product transparency and quality assurance, we do not accept returns or refunds.

I bought an item, how do i receive it?

All orders are "Click & Collect" 
Upon successful purchase of an item, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain an address (centrally in St. Andrews) and time slots where your item will be available to pick up.

There is no associated cost to the seller of an item. Our business model allows people to sell on our platform for free. Within the form you use to sell an item, you specify how much you would like to receive. Upon listing, we add a small markup that is covered by the buyer.
